Peter’s skill set has always evolved around the delivery of commercial value to customers, particularly through the leverage of technology and the optimisation of business processes.
With a degree education in Economics, Peter’s systems expertise started in 1985 through Accounting, ERP and Manufacturing systems, This expertise expanded to Sales Force Automation and CRM systems in 2003, with a growing interest in eMarketing and more recently, from 2010 in eCommerce, Website design and managing the entire customer journey.
During this period the use of technology has moved from being largely in the back office, to customer facing systems most notably via websites and mobile apps.
Whichever period we look at the focus has been on delivering value, both to IT companies wishing to open up a new market segment or to Sports and Leisure organisations wishing to optimise the customer experience and increase revenues.
This unique blend of skills puts Peter and his network of associates in a great position to advise on both technology strategy and adoption.
