The chosen solution was delivered by Green 4, and over a prolonged period has evolved to deliver a slick and comprehensive solution, integrated to a beautiful website, the simple and intuitive eCommerce journey facilitates Gift Aid and Donations and encourages upgrades for a wide range of add on products and services to enhance a fantastic day out.
The really cool element to the solution is the continuous harvesting of customer data to allow relevant, personalised communication.
The secret to the solution has been continuous improvement rather than revolution to arrive at a point where Eden Project has a proven model for new locations currently being built.
