A root and branch system review with the management team at Twycross allowed us to specify the requirements for Marketing and Booking systems and consider the overall customer journey. With a focus on eCommerce/online bookings, annual passes, gift aid, pre and post visit communications, the introduction of new IT systems has streamlined the booking process and opened up more channels of personalised communication allowing Twycross to be more engaged with visitors and enhance the overall visitor experience.
